  • Orders placed before 12 PM EST are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
  • Custom/pre-order items may require additional 3-5 business days for processing.

  • Delivery Time: 2-7 business days (depending on location)
  • Carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS
  • Tracking: Provided via email once shipped.

4. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: Customer’s responsibility (calculated at checkout)

5. Order Tracking
